Being a stay-at-home mom comes with many advantages, lots of time with your kids, a flexible schedule, and the freedom to choose what you do with your day. Many moms who stay at home can also often feel like they are busy all day and still get nothing accomplished. It can feel like you're a hamster on a wheel, constantly spinning and never getting anywhere. Staying home may also feel isolating and mentally draining for many mothers. Host Lindsay Aerts talks with Britney Anderson who runs the website SLCMOMS.org, about what she likes and dislikes about staying home. Running her own website while she takes care of two kids, ages two and nine months, can feel daunting but Britney talks about how she manages the time she has in her day.

The Mom Show on KSL is hosted by Lindsay Aerts. KSL News Radio is part of Bonneville Media and based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Don’t forget to review and subscribe to the The Mom Show podcast on iTunes. Or follow The Mom Show on Instagram @kslmomshow or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/kslmoms
