Katie Carone spends most of her time mothering from bed. She has a chronic illness called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, or POTS, which increases her heart rate rapidly upon standing, leaving her weak, extremely fatigued, often dizzy and unable to stand for long periods of time. In this episode, learn more about her illness, how she and her kids are coping (she's written a children's book called Mommy Can't Dance), and how she beautifully simplifies motherhood to look for joy in what she CAN do, not failure in the things she can't.
