Can you ruin your child's palate? This is a first time mom worry that I have as I try to navigate feeding my child. Lucy's favorite foods are beans, olives, all fruits and cucumbers and I shove grilled cheese, chicken nuggets and mac and cheese down her throat because I need her to eat something of substance. Am I ruining her love of healthy food?
